2. Object and scope of application

These conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the website, as well as the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller.

  • Orders are not accepted by phone or WhatsApp.
  • All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the current VAT.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

  • The buyer has 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products that are unassembled, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been tampered with, customized, or show damage due to improper use.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer, within a maximum period of 15 days after the receipt and verification of the returned product's condition.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year legal warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects exclusively.
The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or unauthorized tampering.

The seller is not responsible for the misuse of the products purchased or for any damage resulting from incorrect assembly by the customer.
